(CBS) – The Los Angeles Dodgers have declined to pick up team options for the 2012 season for 3Bman Casey Blake and SP Jon Garland, making them unrestricted free agents.

Blake has been with the Dodgers since 2008, posting double-digit home run totals in each season, until this year where he was only healthy enough to register 202 at bats.

Garland made just nine starts for Los Angeles this season and had a team option for $8 million for 2012. He does receive a buyout for $500,000.
