Hit And Run Occurs Outside Of A Highland Supermarket

HIGHLAND (CBS) — A 12-year-old boy on a bicycle was run down Monday in a supermarket parking lot in Highland.

It happened outside of a ‘Food for Less’ store at Highland and Victoria when the driver struck the boy then sped off without helping him.

Police believe the boy was coming from a nearby middle school.

The market’s security cameras did not catch a glimpse of the driver due to their placement by the entrance of the store.
