'Missing' Key Witness To Testify In Trial Of Michael Jackson's Doctor
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — In a short pre-trial hearing Monday, prosecutors said they found Tim Lopez, a pharmacist who had said he shipped a large amount of the anesthetic, propofol, to Dr. Conrad Murray.

Last week, Lopez said he was in Thailand, and he would not return for the trial. Prosecutors said he had been missing for several days.
However, prosecutors said Lopez would testify during a hearing Monday.
Attorneys are scheduled to meet with the judge in private on Wednesday to discuss jury selection.
