Fire Rips Through Mobile Home Displacing 3 In Menifee

MENIFEE (CBS) — Three people were left homeless when a fire ripped through their mobile home in Menifee.

The blaze, which was reported at 3:21 a.m. Sunday, broke out in the 30200 block of Golden J Lane, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.

“[The] first arriving engine company reported a double-wide mobile home fully involved,” she said. “The home was completely destroyed.”

The American Red Cross has been asked to assist two men and a woman who were displaced.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
