Metro To Debut Original Web Series On Over 2K Buses

SUN VALLEY (CBS) — Los Angeles transit riders will get front row seats to a groundbreaking web-series shown daily on Metro buses.

Cast members of the revolutionary series met in Sun Valley Monday where transit authorities held a screening.

“Los Americans” is about a middle-class, Mexican-American family living in LA. It is an original production of the global non-profit group One Economy.

The series has an all-star cast, including Tony Plana, Lupe Otiveros and Esai Morales.

Transit TV broadcasts in more than 2,000 Metro buses and is seen by over one million rider each day.
