LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A man accused of committing three separate sexual assaults in Newport Beach and Irvine is due in court Monday.

Travis Dewayne Batten Jr., 29, was arrested last month in connection with the crimes, which took place between May 2005 and July of 2010.

Detectives say they linked DNA evidence from each crime scene to Batten over the course of six years.

He is currently being held without bail.
