KFWB On Your Corner: Downtown LA Neighborhood Council

(KFWB 980) — Los Angeles approved the creation of neighborhood councils back in 1999 so people who live and work in each area could have a say within local government.

The downtown council formed in 2002, but a whole lot has changed in downtown in the past 9 years.

Patti Berman, the president of the Downtown L.A. Neighborhood Council, talks to KFWB 980 about the panel’s mission.
