NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — A 55-year-old man North Hollywood man is being sought by the for allegedly kidnapping his 85-year-old mother.

The FBI and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office in Oregon asked for the public’s help in locating Marshall McMains Goldberg accused of kidnapping his mother from her home in Ashland, Ore..

Laura Eimiller of the FBI office in Los Angeles says Goldbers has ties to the film business as an unskilled laborer.

Doris Goldberg was living with another son when she was kidnapped from her home on May 24, according to the FBI. She is considered “endangered” because she suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.

Marshall Goldberg is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 to 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He may be wearing glasses and driving a 1996 gold Oldsmobile four-door sedan, California license plate 3SZY023.

Anyone with information about his whereanouts was asked to call the nearest FBI office.
