LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Do you have champagne dreams and caviar wishes . . . but without the budget of the rich and famous?
Petrossian Boutique & Restaurant, 321 N. Robertson Blvd., is teaching Angelenos how to find their inner Robin Leach (on a budget!) with their Caviar 101 and 201 classes.
Both courses pair specialty caviars with Champagne and vodka and include caviar-centric appetizers created by Chef Giselle Wellman.
Caviar 101 is offered the first Thursday and Friday of each month for $35. Caviar 201 expands the delicacy’s education and will be offered the last Thursday of each month beginning September 29, 2011 for $75. Gratuity and taxes are not included.
