LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The OC Fair is offering free admission and parking from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, when it kicks off its 23-day run.

This year’s theme is LET’S EAT!, which is exactly what fairgoers will be doing for the next month. Fridays from noon to 4 p.m., a variety of fair food can be sampled for just $2 per taste. There will also be cooking demonstrations by local and celebrity chefs, as well as food exhibits and contests.

Headline acts for this year include Steve Miller Band, Selena Gomez, Weezer, Neon Trees, Chicago, Tiger Army, Big Time Rush, and Melissa Etheridge, with more to be announced.
