LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A young man who was fatally shot in South Los Angeles has been identified.

Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter says 19-year-old Lionell Carr died at a hospital a short time after the shooting.

Carr was shot about 11:10 a.m. Wednesday at 68th Street and Denver Avenue, Los Angeles police Officer Chris No said.

Two suspects, believed to have fled the scene in a black newer-model Cadillac, are being sought and in the apparent gang-related attack, police said.
