“no one was injured” but the on air reporters say the suspect is listen in “grave condition”?

This story seems to be inaccurate. I drove by at 6:00PM. They still have the street closed down, Orher news outlets are reporting the suspect was struck by gunfire and in guarded condition. Can someone from CBS please clarify the facts?

  3. jack says:

exactly, “No One” injured – the suspect is not considered a person!
