HERMOSA BEACH (CBS) — Hermosa Beach police are on the hunt for an expert Rolex watch counterfeiter who was able to sell one of his creations to a local jeweler for about $3,900.
Ian Keith Kosloff, 34, of Bronx, N.Y., who is wanted for similar crimes in New York, Virginia, South Carolina and Florida, sold a bogus Rolex an undisclosed jeweler on Monday.
The jeweler, however, did copy Kosloff’s New York identification. Police were making a photo of Kosloff available to the news media this afternoon.
Anyone with more information as to where Kosloff might be was asked to call police at (310) 318-0348.
