Celebrate Cinco De Mayo With Chef Aaron Sanchez's Authentic Recipes

STUDIO CITY (KCAL) — No Cinco De Mayo celebration is complete without authentic Mexican food.

Food Network Star and premiere Mexican Chef Aaron Sanchez visited the KCAL9 studios Wednesday. He has teamed up with Cacique cheeses to create Cinco De Mayo recipes.

Chef Sanchez demonstrated how to make Grilled Corn & Chorizo Sopes.

From Apr. 11 to Aug. 31, 2011, Cacique is conducting a sweepstakes that will allow one lucky Facebook friend to have Aaron "crash and cook" at the winner's very own kitchen! All that visitors have to do is visit their Facebook page and like the Cacique® Brand page. If the page reaches 5,000 "likes" by Aug. 31, 2011, the company will send Aaron to the grand prize winner's home.
