Car Crashes Through West LA Parking Structure Killing Elderly Occupant
WEST LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A motorist crashed a car through a barrier on the third floor of a West Los Angeles parking structure Tuesday morning, fatally injuring herself.

The car landed on its roof outside the structure at Sepulveda Boulevard and Nebraska Avenue about 9:20 a.m., Cecil Manresa of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
Officials believe the woman was trying to maneuver out of a parking spot when the accident happened.
The 76-year-old woman died at the scene, officials said. Her name has not been released.
City building inspectors were summoned to assess the damage to the parking structure.
