Long Beach Man Killed In Possible Gang Shooting

LONG BEACH (CBS) – A 19-year-old Long Beach man was killed in what was believed to be a gang-related shooting.

According to the Long  Beach Police Department, police were called to Anaheim Street and Molino Avenue shortly on Monday after 10 p.m. to investigate a report of shots being fired.

Police say they found Oscar Vega, who had been shot multiple times and then taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center, where he died.

    i cant believe this!!!
    this was my friend… funny guy, always smiled, big ears lol. ive been knowing him since middle school. everyone loved him and his personality. its not fair tht someone has now taken him away from his future, his friends, and his family… he will forever be missed. REST IN THE HEAVENS.
    smh i still cant believe it. all these memories of him are playing through my head as if it was just yesterday…
