Body Of Man Found In LA River Identified

LONG BEACH (AP) — The body of a man found floating in the Los Angeles River in Long Beach has been identified as that of 25-year-old Rodolfo Remigio.

The Los Angeles County Coroner’s office says a passer-by spotted the body of the Long Beach resident in the flood control near Ocean Boulevard Friday morning.

The cause of death remains under investigation Saturday by both the coroner and Long Beach Police homicide detectives.

Investigators are asking anyone with information to call police.
