LA Reading Radio Service Is Literally Robbed Blind

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The elderly, blind and disabled who tune in to the LA Radio Reading Service for their news are hearing nothing but static Monday.

That’s because the service was, for lack of a better term, robbed blind.

Jolie Mason, Program Director at the LA Radio Reading Service, spoke to KNX about the devastating theft of their new $4,200 computer system.

Mason tells KNX 1070 the computer system hadn’t even been installed yet!

If you want to help, you can call Mason at 818-599-0640.

What is wrong with everyone? I hope the insurance company can speed up the claim and that there is video of the idiots stealing it.

this sounds like an inside job . made up of friends of people that do business there, or the relatives of employees, or those having the opertunity to see it sitting there as it was delivered. look close to the heart of the business and the person(s) will become apparent to you very quickly.

something doesn’t add up here… if the brand new computer equipment wasn’t even installed yet, why was the service interrupted?

very poor reporting, or something very fishy!
