One has to wonder where the child’s parent was during this time period? Some parents are far too trusting! My daughter never allows her 3 children to be alone with anyone other than them. In addition to charging the man who took the pictures, they should look seriously into charging the parent for neglect, and relocating this child to a safer environment where this cannot happen.

As for the comments about racism, I don’t see where they are necessary? This is a very sad situation for a little girl who will be affected the rest of her life by this incident.
