STUDIO CITY (CBS/KCAL) — Uber-agent Chad Rogers stopped by the KCAL 9 studios at 2 p.m. Monday to talk about home sales in our economy.

Rogers, 33, sold over $80 million in real estate in 2010 with his agency Hilton & Hyland.

    Chad gave the info on television that people who are upside down on the home mortgage should stop making payments. Thus Chad is recommending that homeowners commit FRAUD.

    People should take advice from people with knowledge.

    He is pretty much telling his clients to commit fraud. Maybe his broker should have a talk with him.

    This guy is basically advising people to commit a crime. Why not, everyone else is doing it. Many people have lost their homes because of financial disasters. Advising clients to walk away from their home out of convenience is no different than advising some one to loot a store during a riot, after all, everyone else is doing it…………..By the way, look it up, he has done no where near $80 million dollars in sales. Doesn’t KCal own a computer. This stuff is easy to check.
