STUDIO CITY (CBS) — We have one more day with wind advisories. Expect gusty winds in our Valleys and Mountains through this afternoon.

Temperatures should be a up a couple of degrees from yesterday, but you can expect more significant warming for Friday and Saturday.

The axis of the ridge of high pressure over the Pacific nudges over California for the weekend, and that's why it will be a little warmer.

We are looking at a pronounced cool down next week. Temperatures will drop down to the mid 60s with more cloud cover by the middle of next week.

Basin - mid 70s
Valleys - low 70s
Deserts - upper 50s
Mountains - low 40s
