Wade Gets 28 And Heat Ease Past Clippers, 97-79

MIAMI (AP) — Dwyane Wade had 28 points, eight rebounds and eight assists and the Miami Heat stretched their winning streak to six with a 97-79 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.

Chris Bosh scored 16, Eddie House scored 13 of his 15 in the fourth quarter and LeBron James had 12 points for Miami, which avenged a road loss to the Clippers last month.

The Heat sealed the win with an 18-4 burst to open the fourth.

Blake Griffin had his 42nd double-double of the season, scoring 21 points and grabbing 16 rebounds for the Clippers. The scheduled noon Eastern start was the first for Los Angeles since February 2007.

The Clippers, who are two games into an 11-game trip, dropped to 3-17 away from home.
