LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Authorities said a man was shot to death and another wounded in East Los Angeles.

The shooting in the 800 block of North Hicks Avenue was reported at 5:10 a.m. Sunday, Deputy Luis Castro of the Sheriff’s Headquarters Bureau said.

The condition of the victim who survived was not immediately available.
