‘Flat Belly Diet’ Author Tells You How To Conquer Cravings

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Best-selling author Cynthia Sass insists she is very much a work in progress, but the woman behind “The Flat Belly Diet!” is clearly loving the work.

She is now out with “CINCH!” a diet program she insists will reset your metabolism, transform your relationship with food and end those constant cravings once and for all.

Will we really stop thinking about that meatball sub at 1 a.m….? She says yes!!

Make that an emphatic yes.

Sass was an in-studio guest on the KCAL 9 News at Noon (lunch hour, really!?) to share some of her secrets and talk about her new book, also destined to fly off the shelves.
