DA To Further Probe Lohan Incident At Betty Ford

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Riverside County district attorney’s office wants another investigation before deciding whether Lindsay Lohan will be charged with battery for last month’s skirmish with a Betty Ford Center rehabilitation technician.

Prosecutors and investigators met Wednesday and decided that the office’s investigators will further probe Lohan’s alleged skirmish with rehab worker Dawn Holland, said John Hall, spokesman for the district attorney’s office.

Lohan is accused of tussling with Holland after the 24-year-old actress returned to the rehab center past curfew on Dec. 12 and refused Holland’s request to take a Breathalyzer test.

Police said earlier this month that Lohan violated her probation and wanted her charged with battery. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has said Lohan will be jailed if she violates probation. Her next scheduled hearing before the judge is Feb. 25.

Come on the stupid cops need to stop. They always want to arrest or charge someone with something. Most of the time it’s for bull—– and that’s why the jail’s are full and there is a budget mess. Dumb cops.

It’s not the cops in this case, it’s a DA who’s looking to make a name for himself by getting some press because he’s prosecuting a famous person. The cops have nothing to do with this.

I have dealt with chemically induced unruly behavior for a while. Ask for a puff test, if answer is no record it and deal with it when individual is better able to handle it. Grabbing an arm or trying to stop the person is the easiest way to get into an altercation

Nothing will ever happen, Lohan has too many Hollywood political backers and too much money the Riverside County district attorney’s office DA would be commiting political suicide and I really dont think he or she wants to work at Burger King. I think this is why judges have been so lenient with her. Some Big Wig in Hollywood picks up the phone makes a few calls to the right people and poof all is well.
