LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Fitness expert Denise Austin arrived just in time. All those Christmas and New Year’s parties have left us feeling…well, a bit unfit.

Austin was an in-studio guest on the KCAL 9 News at Noon Friday and anyone who has seen, make that experienced, Denise Austin knows that just listening to her is enough to burn off calories.

She discussed her latest book, “Get Energy: Empower Your Body, Love Your Life.”

Austin also discussed how mini-workouts throughout the day can be as good as spending hours in the gym.

She also told us, and showed us, how to get great bodies, like the stars have.

If you want legs like Cameron Diaz, a tummy like Madonna’s, a cheeky butt like Kim Kardashian’s or a toned body like Lady Gaga’s, Denise Austin knows how to get results.
