Woman Killed By Amtrak Train In Chatsworth
CHATSWORTH (CBS) — Authorities are investigating the death of a woman who was killed Wednesday after she was hit by an Amtrak train in Chatsworth.
The collision occurred at 21700 W. Lassen St. at 8:11 p.m., said Devin Gales of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The woman was dead by the time paramedics arrived, Gales said.
No passengers aboard the train were hurt, he said.
