$50K Reward Offered For Tips On Young Mother’s Murder

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Los Angeles City Council is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of whoever was responsible for the fatal Christmas Day drive-by shooting of a young mother in South L.A.

Kashmier James, 25, was visiting friends in South Los Angeles and returned to her car Christmas night when a blue vehicle pulled up alongside her and someone fired shots. James’ 3-year-old daughter, who was not hit, was strapped in the back seat of her car.

James recently graduated from a medical school and had landed a job as a nurse.

Police said there was no clear motive for the killing and that there was no concrete evidence that it was gang-related.

Cowards! That is what a gang banger is anyway nothing but cowards. A real man do his dirt by his lonely. He don’t need people to hold his hand or need someone to witness what he did. Further more a woman? In front of her child? Are you serious? Turn this creep in I am sure he broke a whole lot of codes.

Rest in Peace Ms. James You are in a far better place then any of us down here. If you’re shedding tears up there I know it’s for the love ones you left behind in this cruel, cruel world, especially your daughter.

God Bless this family especially her daughter. If I know he the creep is I’d turn him in like yesterday and use the money to fund her daughters education later in life.

    A hurt citizen.

This poor girl killed because guns are so available thanks to the NRA Republican lobbyists! Regardless of who pulled the trigger, the gun manufacturers and the NRA should be held liable also. No handguns on the streets then no drive by shootings. Of course that would deprive Americans of thier phallyc symbol

I’d like to point out that in the entire span of human history, nobody has ever collected one of these rewards. People are enticed by them, and do come forward but the rewards are never distributed. In fact, no one can even cite a case where someone actually received one. They’re just a ruse to smoke out information when the police stop investigating.
