MURRIETA (CBS) —  A 16-year-old boy who allegedly broke windows and doors at two Murrieta businesses Wednesday was arrested today.

The suspect, whose name was being withheld because he is a juvenile, was found with a bloody hand near a Ralphs in the 23800 block of Washington Avenue about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday, Murrietta police said.

Police determined that he broke a glass door at Discovery Isle Preschool and a window at an Allstate Insurance office about 15 minutes earlier, police said.

The boy was treated for his injuries, and his case was turned over to juvenile authorities.
