LAGUNA BEACH (KCAL9) — Wednesday’s deluge forced the evacuation of sea lions at the Pacific Marine Mammal Center in Laguna Canyon.
The cages housing the sick sea lions and other creatures were overrun with muddy water and workers still can’t access the property, which was damaged.
