LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Wind, rain, snow, cold temperatures…not always good for the skin or the beauty regimen.
Okay, this is Southern California, so snow isn’t going to be that much of a factor. But if you want to remain beautiful year round, make-up expert and beauty director Candace Corey says it’s not just about the right creams and foundations…clothes can also be a factor.
Corey was an in-studio guest on the KCAL 9 News at Noon on Thursday to discuss ways you can winterize your beauty routine — clothes included.
Among her ideas (and one we would never have though of!) is to change up on the hats and scarves to lessen friction on your hair which can cause unnecessary breakage.
