At Least 15,000 Meals Served At Honda Center In Anaheim

ANAHEIM (CBS) — As many as 20,000 meals were served at the Honda Center in Anaheim Thursday afternoon.

The 24th annual Thanksgiving meal is sponsored in part by the Anaheim Ducks, La Casa Garcia restaurant and the We Give Thanks charity.

Volunteers worked through the night preparing Thursday’s feast.

    Let’s Go Ducks! And hats off to all other professional sports orgainizations that open up their facilities and involve their atheletes to help out the needy during the holidays.

    Sure, lets donate our legal money so we can feed all the illegal aliens. Should ahve to show I.D. before getting a free meal. My pay check is shrinking because were feeding everyone who comes along.
