STUDIO CITY (CBS) — Eat, drink and be healthy this Thanksgiving!

The holidays are just around the corner, and Dr. Drew Orden of “The Doctors” visited KCAL 9 Tuesday to share tips for making it through the holidays without expanding your waistline.

Be sure to watch “The Doctors” Thursday at 11 a.m. for delicious recipes that cut fat and calories from traditional Thanksgiving fare. Also, learn three tips to prevent overeating and help burn off extra pounds with the “No Excuses” workout.

Also, “The Doctors” will answer 50 questions from 50 families on Friday. Can family members be allergic to each other? Could youth sports be more dangerous than you realize? Is your home décor making you sick? Tune in to hear the answers!

    I believe the key is everything in moderation, keeping the snacks and drinks in check, with some type of exericse is a good thing, too.

    Whatever it is m not bothered … i have decided to enjoy this Thanksgiving vacation to be celebrated with ‘mybantu’ (app gifted by my Besssst friend on this Halloween) 😀 i Have jus started ordering Thanksgiving gifts 😀 😀 awesome personal assistant for shopping and dining reservation , i jus downloaded the app… m planning to order Turkey cranberry recipe books, Thanksgiving costumes, Turkey fryer : ) weeeee m excited 😀
