COSTA MESA (CBS) — Police are on the lookout for two men who assaulted and robbed a 77-year-old woman in the parking lot of Macy’s at South Coast Plaza.
Costa Mesa police say a woman was getting out of her car in the Macy’s Home Store parking lot Thursday afternoon when two men accosted her and demanded her purse.
One man with a handgun struck the woman in the face, grabbed her purse and fled with another man on foot, Costa Mesa police Lt. Rob Sharpnack said.
The woman suffered a cut to her mouth and was taken to a hospital.
The two suspects were described as men in their 20s or 30s with dark complexions and medium builds. One man wore a dark jacket and baseball cap. The other wore a white T-shirt.

Despite the title of this article, it’s apparent the police *are not* searching for thses suspects.

Hopefully, People should NOT carry purses without a firearm (securely
placed on their body) People are so oblivious, they better wake up fast.
You must be ARMED these days or suffer the consequences.
Sign of the times…….so be PREPARED.
