UCLA's Prince Misses Practice To Rest Knee

LOS ANGELES (AP) - UCLA quarterback Kevin Prince has skipped his second straight practice to rest his injured right knee.

Coach Rick Neuheisel said Wednesday night he probably won't decide until Saturday whether Prince will play against Washington State.

Prince led the Bruins to a 34-12 upset victory over then-No. 7 Texas last week, rushing for a 38-yard score. But he limped through the second half after sliding out of bounds in the second quarter.

Prince has endured numerous injuries during his two seasons at UCLA. He says he had fluid drained from his knee Sunday and might get it drained again before Saturday's game.

Prince has completed less than 50 percent of his passes this season, with two touchdown throws and four interceptions.
