Audrina Patridge Stalker To Be Sentenced
LOS ANGELES (CNS/CBS) — A 25-year-old man who pleaded no contest to stalking "The Hills" actress Audrina Patridge is to be sentenced Monday.
Zachary James Loring was ordered June 21 to undergo a 90-day psychiatric evaluation by state prison officials after pleading no contest to one count of stalking in violation of a restraining order.
Loring was arrested in February after knocking on the door of Patridge's home in the Hollywood Hills.
Last September, a judge extended a temporary restraining order to three years, which Patridge obtained after he allegedly handed her a packet of letters which included a drawing of a woman being strangled.
Earlier this year, Loring was evaluated by doctors and found mentally competent to stand trial.
The Yorba Linda-born Patridge is known for her role in the MTV show "The Hills," her bikini-clad TV commercial for Carl's Jr., and also is a contestant on this season's "Dancing with the Stars."
