Burglary Foiled, But Jewels Still Missing

LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070) — Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies say a hunt is underway for what’s estimated to be a couple of thousands of dollars’ worth of gold chains and necklaces allegedly taken from a jewelry store in Pico Rivera.  The sheriff’s department says the smoked out the suspect,  who was was hiding in the store attic.

    Is it too much to ask for the entire txte version of these stories? While I’m sure Ed Mertz has a very professional radio voice, I like to read text and move on. Being forced to connect to an audio stream is not a FEATURE website users need forced upon them. It needs to be a CHOICE for those that want it.
