A new monthly tradition is starting at Fat Cow called Beer 'N' Bangers. It'll be a special, food and beer, three course prix fixe menu of beer-inspired dishes and house-made sausage paired with a fresh bottle of craft beer with each course. Executive Chef Daniel Roberts is preparing an exceptional Mediterranean-inspired menu of dishes including Lamb Meatball Skewers, Roasted Frenched Lamb Chop, Stewed Rabbit Saddle; and Vanilla Spiced Pavlova that complements the flavors of each wine varietal ranging from 2006 – 2011. On March 31, Café del Rey will also host an Easter brunch featuring a decadent chocolate dessert fountain.
