Spring is in the air and the flowers are in full bloom! Easter is also just around the corner. People are shedding their winter coats and cute little bunnies aren't the only ones jumping for joy at our warm Southern California weather. Here are some of the upcoming food and drink specials for the season and on Easter Sunday, March 31.

A new monthly tradition is starting at Fat Cow called Beer 'N' Bangers. It'll be a special, food and beer, three course prix fixe menu of beer-inspired dishes and house-made sausage paired with a fresh bottle of craft beer with each course. Dessert will feature a choice of Chocolate Beer Cake or Raspberry Beer Float.

On Thursday, May 21 at 6 p.m., Café del Rey is partnering with family-owned Napa Valley winery, St. Supery. Executive Chef Daniel Roberts is preparing an exceptional Mediterranean-inspired menu of dishes including Lamb Meatball Skewers, Roasted Frenched Lamb Chop, Stewed Rabbit Saddle; and Vanilla Spiced Pavlova that complements the flavors of each wine varietal ranging from 2006 – 2011. On March 31, Café del Rey will also host an Easter brunch featuring a decadent chocolate dessert fountain.

This Easter, celebrate with the entire family for brunch at Hotel Bel-Air. A prix fixe brunch menu will be prepared, with dishes including Spring Salad with Easter Egg radishes, Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes and a dessert station featuring some of the restaurant's finest and seasonal treats.
