As a huge fan of Joss Whedon, I often wonder what would he do if he took the day off from directing blockbuster films and hit television shows. How would he spend a day in LA for himself? Here are a few things I think Joss Whedon would enjoy doing while out on the town in LA.

He Would Watch A Musical At The Pantages

Joss clearly loves musicals and I know he would love to check out Andrew Lloyd Webber’s new production of “The Wizard Of Oz” at the Pantages Theater. It’s a new enchanting adaptation of the all-time classic, totally revamped for the stage.

This new production contains all the beloved songs from the Oscar-winning movie score, plus a few surprises along the way, including new songs by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Joss loves unique musicals and this is surely a unique presentation of “The Wizard Of Oz.” Tickets Range from $77.65 to $164.95.

Joss clearly loves comics and superheroes. He would want to check out the newest comics to hit the scene. What better place to check out comics than Earth 2? It is the best comic shop in the valley. They sell and buy comics and have won the Will Eisner Spirit of Retailing Award at San Diego Comic-Con International. They are the Valley’s back issue and graphic novel experts.

Pink’s is the ultimate mom-and-pop hot dog stand. It’s world famous for their hot dogs and is a Hollywood staple. If you remember the famous line from the “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” musical episode, “They Got The Mustard Out,” it’s sure that Joss would love a delicious hot dog.

Pink’s is renowned for its delicious variety of hot dogs, but they also offer hamburgers, huge portions, and affordable prices. It’s a fun atmosphere that Joss would surely love.

Joss is a unique individual and he would love to see movies in a different way. The Cemetery Cinespia Movie Screening events in Los Angeles are the most unique cinematic experiences you can find. You watch classic films in a cemetery every Saturday of the summer!

You picnic before the movie begins and listen to a DJ as they play music before the movie begins. The movie begins as soon as the sun goes down and you watch the film under the stars. Cemetery gates open at 7 p.m., and the movie begins at 8:30 p.m. Tickets cost $12.

He Would Go Clubbing In WeHo

It’s no secret Joss Whedon likes to dance and hit the club scene. He’s even admitted to taking the entire cast of “The Avengers” clubbing. Joss would love The Abbey Food and Bar in West Hollywood. It’s one of the most popular hot spots for locals and celebrities. The Abbey is famous for its martinis as well as its stunning, open-air ambiance and truly relaxed elegance.

The Abbey also has the best dance floor and music in West Hollywood. It’s a bar and club that anyone can enjoy. You can lounge or dance the night away at The Abbey. It’s certainly a place Joss Whedon would love.
