This old school pub brings out the trivia every Wednesday night at 8:30 p.m. Hosted through Big Happy Trivia, it is usually best to make a reservation by emailing bighappytrivia@gmail.com. The first place winner gets a $75 bar tab, and second place wins a $25 bar tab. The trivia game is free for anyone to play (no cover or minimum). The Garage, though, is more than game night. For pub fare, The Garage puts its own twist on tater tots, sliders and desserts. Here, you must try the Garage tots (bacon, truffle or jalapeno), which are served with house-made chipotle ketchup, any of the sliders (lobster, pulled pork, short rib and more) and shrimp cocktail served with a “bloody mary” sauce. The bar offers whiskeys, ryes, bourbons, wines and beers, too.
