Did Clark W. Griswold kick off the festive holiday sweater tradition in “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation?” Can we credit Chevy Chase’s character for the parties and contests honoring the colorful, mind-boggling patterns and designs? Those in need of unique, fancy or just plain ugly holiday sweaters should visit the following Orange County merchants. At the following shops, we’ve uncovered a plethora of festive sweaters suitable for just about any event. In addition to fun garments, these locations offer great customer service and have carved out their own niches in the OC.
