The root beer here is their Mission Hard Root Beer wth 7.5% alcohol, and is an adult twist on the classic soda. Creamy, and smooth, it has traditional root beer notes of sarsaparilla and vanilla. If you want some vanilla ice cream in it, this spot has a full restaurant, so ask the bartender and you should be able to get a scoop or two to throw in there!
