An American favorite breakfast and brunch dish, eggs Benedict is traditionally made of an English muffin, which is toasted and split. Each muffin half receives Canadian bacon, a poached egg and Hollandaise sauce, the essential ingredient to eggs Benedict. Hollandaise is buttery and creamy and often an acquired taste. If you have eggs Benedict on the mind, there are plenty of restaurants that offer the classic breakfast. But these five OC restaurants make the classic dish that much more special through the best ingredients possible and often creative license.
