Westwood's Diddy Riese is practically an LA institution at this point. Reaching legendary status in the dessert world, it's not uncommon to find lines literally down the street for a chance at their cookies and ice cream. The most well-known and sought after cookie is the TKO, or the Thomas Keller Oreo cookie. It's exactly what it sounds like. Oreo cookies with filling in between make for a favorite.
