While all ceviche includes lime juice, the ceviche at this Brea eatery also includes orange juice, lending a sweetness to the dish. Combined with the serrano chilies, red onion and Hass avocado, this dish is irresistible. Don’t be surprised if you return for this wonderful dish.

Ostioneria Siete Mares might be tough for some to find at first, but it’ll be well worth the effort it took to find this Orange County eatery. The ceviche at Ostioneria Siete Mares contains shrimp and fish and the addition of lime juice gives a nice tangy flavor while the chili gives it a welcome kick. It would be nice of you to share it, but you might be unwilling to do so. You can order this in a cup or with tostadas — either way, this will be one of those food items that you find yourself craving from time to time.

The first thing you notice about the ceviche (made with shrimp) here is that there is a lot of it on your plate. You certainly don’t get cheated on the ceviche, and you realize immediately that one tostada isn’t going to be enough to hold it all. Then you taste it, and you realize just how glad you are that you didn’t get cheated. There are plenty of shrimp. This dish also includes a good amount of chili that gives it a nice kick that is enhanced by the line juice.
