In addition, they offer a program specifically designed for your kids called CrossFit Kids which is offered Mondays through Thursdays. The program, which is geared towards keeping your kids fit and healthy, is the perfect way to keep your kids active. In a day and age when schools have to cut more and more P.E. programs due to budget constraints, this is a great option for parents who would like to have a fun and healthy program for their kids to stay in shape.
