Trainers and fitness freaks will tell you that eating and drinking late at night is one of the worst things you can do if you want to maintain your weight. However, sometimes it’s necessary to break the rules and enjoy some food late at night just because it tastes good. If you’re looking for a good late-night happy hour, try these establishments where you can eat and drink your fill after other kitchens have closed.

Chapter One is a place where late-night happy hour really means late night. The food specials are from 10:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sundays through Wednesdays, and 10:30 p.m. to 12 a.m. Thursdays through Saturdays. This is definitely the place to be if you want some pork products late at night as well. You’ll find French fries topped with pulled pork and a fried egg (pictured) as well as pork belly and pig ears. You have plenty of opportunity to wash down those late-night munchies. The bar is open until 2 a.m. every day.

The Balcony is located in the Diamond Jamboree plaza, and it is a place where you can get some great happy-hour deals from 9 p.m. until close. All tapas are 25-percent off the usual price.
