In Orange County, there are bars that host karaoke nights each week. The OC also has establishments devoted to karaoke that just happen to have full bar and food service as well. The diversity of karaoke bars means you don’t have to be a great singer or a karoke pro, just someone who wants to cut loose in front of friends and perfect strangers. No matter if its the weekend or mid-week, check out these Orange County venues and have some fun.

It’s easy to find bars that host karaoke nights, but nobody does it quite like Ziller. They rent private karaoke rooms by the hour so you and your friends can sing to your heart’s content. All that singing making you thirsty? Ring the bell to order a round a drinks for the room. For those wanting to simply sit down and enjoy the music, there’s a full bar and table service as well. Reservations for rooms and tables are highly recommended, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.

Located in Irvine, the Plush Karaoke Lounge has been handing out microphones since 2009. With 16 private rooms to rent and some great songs to sing, this is a great OC spot. Plush Karaoke is open 365 days a year and $17 “all you can sing rates” are in effect Sunday through Thursday. Room rentals range from $35-$80, but during Happy Hour on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the rates are cut in half. Now that’s something to sing about.

With four nights set aside for karaoke each week, the Starting Gate makes it easy to grab the mic and start singing. Country Sundays kick off at 6:30 p.m. and continue until close, so prepare your best rendition of John Denver’s “Thank God I’m a Country Boy” for the occasion. Karaoke continues on Monday from 7 p.m. to close and on Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The Starting Gate has a dance floor, bar and table seating as well.

Had a bad Monday? Come to Marty’s after work for Touch Tune Karaoke. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, everything kicks off at 9pm. Do you friends really, really like your singing? Try your pipes at the Wednesday night karaoke contests.
