Indian food is a cuisine that some people shy away from because it can be too spicy. Other people embrace the spice and the layers of flavor found in Indian cuisine. If you embrace the spice of Indian food (especially buffets), Orange County has a lot of great options where you can find it.

If you can't find something you want to try at Saagar, it's certainly not because the menu is limited. Here you can find the usual chicken and lamb dishes, but you also find lobster and quail. While other places may offer a prix fixe menu for special occasions, Saagar offers a combination meal (vegetarian or non-vegetarian) for two people for a reasonable price. Speaking of vegetarian, this is an excellent place to bring your vegetarian friends. They will be impressed with the many flavorful options available.
