Once the addiction sets in, racers performances are posted as adults and juniors compete for the best lap of the week and best of the month. Height requirement for adults is 58 inches and 48 inches for juniors. K1 keeps racers safe by maintaining the tracks and karts, and they never allow adults and juniors to race together.

Drivers must be at least 58 inches tall and 40 inches is the minimum height for passengers. Designed to give drivers a real racing experience, this indoor go kart track has all the right sights and sounds. Fast Lap Ontario’s tracks are 20 feet wide, which offers faster drivers the opportunity to pass safely, all while upholding their competitive spirit. The Sodi single driver karts are Honda gas powered (200cc 4 stroke engines) featuring the same professional padded race seats and lighter than electric, which offers the driver a better handle of the kart. Vega Dot 3 helmets are outfitted to attach the GoPro camera, which Fast Lap has available for rent. It’s a great way to capture and take home the race. Users keep the 4GB SDHD card. For safety purposes, drivers must be 51 inches tall to drive, no more than 350 pounds with a 44 inch maximum waist size.

The indoor raceway welcomes individual drivers or groups who are ready to put the petal to the metal. No reservations required. Here, go kart races are approximately 10 minutes in length. Adult and kids carts are outfitted differently to ensure maximum safety. Pole Position is a popular playground for birthday parties and family reunions, corporate events and team building. The facility is available for full rental, which gives guests a myriad of race options such as Ironman, endurance or elimination. Youth racing camps and driving clinics are offered as well throughout the year. To drive safely, adults have to be at least 56 inches tall, and kids 48 inches tall.
